Emailing? - please note:

  • Emails sent to (and from) us do not always arrive.

  • We acknowledge all email orders/enquiries within 2 working days (usually same day) of receipt.  If you do not receive a reply please resend your email.

  • We confirm despatch of all non-UK orders placed by email. 

You can order by phone, email or letter. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Broadland Leisure), credit/debit card (Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Switch). You can also pay by money transfer through your local Post Office or your bank (  for details).  Cheques must be in sterling and drawn on a UK bank.  Your bank can advise you.
